All sales are final.
We do our very best to ensure that orders are packed so that everything is protected in transit, but in the event that an item is damaged on arrival, please don’t hesitate to email us.
Shipping Times and Policies
Our usual turn-around time for in-stock items (not pre-orders) is mailing them out in 5 business days, but that may fluctuate to up to 2 weeks. We’ll do our very best to get your order to you ASAP! Each book order comes with a tracking number for you to monitor the shipping.
Preorders will list an estimated shipping timeframe—please check that before ordering if you have a date you need the book by and please don’t contact us for order status info if that timeframe hasn’t passed. If you’ve placed an order that includes multiple preorders, in most circumstances they will be sent in separate shipments. The backend of the shop won’t let us split the order into individual items, so you will get an order fulfilled notification for the whole order.
Some things, such as postal service delays and mishandling, are not under our control. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages, but can assist in filing a missing package claim.
Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete mailing address when you make your order. If the mailing address provided is incorrect and the package is therefore undeliverable, we will not be able to resend or provide a refund.
Prints and stickers not mailed with a book purchase will be sent in a plain envelope through first-class mail with no tracking info in order to keep the cost of shipping manageable. This increases the risk of damage in transit, but most orders will arrive totally fine! We’re happy to re-send any of these smaller items if they’re damaged in transit or lost.
International Shipping
Due to EU GPSR requirements, we cannot sell products to customers in the EU and Northern Ireland.
We charge a flat rate of $25 for orders to Canada and $40 for all other international orders (excludes small prints and stickers that can be sent via First Class Mail). If the shipping charge shows up twice in your cart, please reach out to me an we’ll make a custom listing for you — you don’t need to pay $80 for shipping, but the website shipping options are limited and a little weird sometimes.
